Booking Rules

Let's create a harmonious experience together. Please read the following before booking.

1. Booking & Payment

Our services are available by appointment only. Your booking is confirmed once full payment has been received.
To secure your reserved appointment time, please complete your payment or bank transfer at least 7 days before your scheduled session.
As each appointment is reserved exclusively for you, all payments are final and non-refundable once your booking has been confirmed. We kindly ask that you ensure you are available to attend your session on time.

Rescheduling requests made 14 days or more before your appointment can be accommodated at no additional charge.
Rescheduling requests made within 14 days of your appointment are non-refundable. A new booking and full payment will be required to confirm your rescheduled session.

For urgent scheduling, an Urgent Scheduling Fee of NT$1,344 (tax included) applies in addition to the session fee of NT$3,360 (tax included).
For package or multi-session bookings, an Urgent Scheduling Fee of NT$1,344 (tax included) applies to each individual session arranged on an urgent basis.

If we are unable to provide your scheduled service due to technical issues or circumstances on our end, we will gladly assist you in rescheduling your appointment to another suitable and available date.
